I had a mixed experience at The Five Residences Hanoi. While the service was really good and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, I was disappointed by the ongoing construction noise outside that disrupted my peace. The spa facilities also left much to be desired, as they were not fully equipped and lacked the professional standards I expected.
